The Place

Located in midtown, one of Manhattan’s most iconic and lively neighborhoods, Valerie’s dynamic space pays homage to Manhattan’s Golden Age and it’s existing timeless architecture. The Decorative components reflect a nostalgic artful mix of old and new, moody and refined. Like Manhattan itself, Valerie’s essence belongs to the past and has aspirations for the future.

Valerie’s bones are strong, traditional building materials such as tile, brass, marble, and smoked mirrors. Contrasting feminine touches echo throughout the space in soft inviting details, with wall coverings of burlesque dancers and dark floral patterns. An eclectic mix of colors and textures give every room its own personality. The repeated use of mixed stone and metals, antique light fixtures, warm amber tones, and colorful booth seating help soften the masculine space with a bit of curiosity. By inserting balanced style elements, the result is a sophisticated and comfortable considered space.

The Food & Cocktail Program

Valerie’s love language is cocktails. Offering an extensive cocktail program created by beverage director Marshall Minaya. Sip your way through over 35 signature libations in addition to an extensive gin library. You’ll be warmly welcomed by our expert bar team who will guide you through the unique cocktail list that changes seasonally or serve you one of our many balanced classic cocktails.

Our seasonally driven dinner, lunch and brunch menus have been carefully curated by our Executive Chef Daniel Fleming Jr. and team. Locally sourced produce and organic, sustainable proteins are front and center in our food program.
