In the 1920’s, gin was the primary spirit used in cocktails at every neighborhood speakeasy. Bathtub gins of the prohibition era were of high potency & poor quality. Easily distilled, but not easy on the palate.
Gin has traveled a long way since it’s days in the bathtub. The creativity & science behind distilling practices is ever evolving & expanding. A century later, we welcome the juniper based spirit into what we like to call a modern day roaring 20’s renaissance.
Valerie’s Gin library is world traveled & always growing. Each gin has been carefully selected, chosen because of their inspiring story & unique characteristics. Our staff is excited to guide you to something new & interesting. All you have to do is ask.
